1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Adya Odia Academy website, learning management system, mobile interfaces, and related services (the “Platform”). By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or using the Platform in any way, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Our Services

Adya Odia Academy provides Odia-medium online education including structured courses, live and recorded classes, tutor profiles, blog articles, assessments, and student progress tracking. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
• One account per individual unless we expressly authorize otherwise. Sharing login credentials is prohibited.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Course Access & License

Upon valid payment and enrollment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly display, or create derivative works from course content without written permission.

Access duration may be limited by course type (e.g., fixed-term enrollment or subscription). Materials remain the intellectual property of Adya Odia Academy, tutors, or respective content owners.

5. Fees & Payments

5.1 Pricing

Course fees, subscription plans, and other charges are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) before checkout. Prices may change; changes apply to new purchases only unless stated otherwise.

5.2 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed through Razorpay or other PCI-DSS compliant partners.
• You authorize charges for selected courses or plans and agree to provide accurate billing information.
• We do not store your full card or UPI credentials on our servers.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Copy, distribute, or share course videos, PDFs, or live class recordings without authorization.
• Record, screenshot, or screen-capture sessions unless explicitly permitted.
• Harass tutors, staff, or other students; post offensive or misleading content.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, scrape content, or interfere with Platform security.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund, and may be reported to authorities where appropriate.

7. Tutors & Third-Party Content

Tutor profiles and course content may be created by independent instructors. Adya Odia Academy facilitates access but does not guarantee specific exam outcomes. Tutor availability, schedules, and materials may change. Disputes related to instructional quality should be reported through Platform support.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform name, logo, website design, blog articles, and proprietary course frameworks are owned by Adya Odia Academy or its licensors. Unauthorized use of trademarks or content may violate copyright and other laws.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform and content are provided “as is” for educational purposes. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free materials, or specific academic results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adya Odia Academy and its officers, tutors, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may close your account by contacting support. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access paid content ceases; refund eligibility is determined by our Refund Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Odisha, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply to you.
