How do I enroll in a course?

Create an account or log in, browse available courses from your dashboard or the public site, and complete enrollment. If payment is required, you will be guided through our secure checkout.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept online payments through Razorpay, including UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. You will see available options at checkout.

How do I access live classes?

After enrolling, go to Live Classes from your student dashboard. Scheduled sessions appear with join links when the class is about to start.

Can I get a refund?

Refund eligibility depends on our Refund Policy and the type of course purchased. Please review the policy on our website or contact support with your transaction details.

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, enter your email and choose the password reset option. You will receive an OTP or reset link to create a new password.

Are courses available in Odia only?

Yes. Adya Odia Academy focuses on Odia-medium education — language, literature, and related competitive exam preparation for students across Odisha.

How do I contact my tutor?

Enrolled students can use in-platform chat, announcements, or live class channels as enabled for their course. For general tutor inquiries, use the contact form or WhatsApp.

Do you offer +2 / +3 Arts courses?

Yes. We offer Odia courses for +2 Arts and +3 Arts, along with board and competitive exam preparation. Check the course catalog or contact us for current batches.

How do I download study materials?

Log in and open your enrolled course. Downloads and resources are available under the course content or Downloads section when your instructor has published them.
